I would like to invite you, your colleagues or staff, or anyone  who might find it relevant to attend my dissemination of findings titled 'Towards A Theory on Leaders Experiencing Misalignment & Reframing through Mental Models for Alt* Ed."

• Learn more and reflect on the context of alternative education including accountability policy

• Contribute to the development of a framework of mental models for conceptualizing the work in alternative education

• Consider how you can reform or reimagine your existing context

• Co-develop the implications and areas for future research

• Connect with other experienced folks in the alternative education
